How to obtain this breed
Let an actual Ender Dragon breath cloud overlap the incubating egg.
The purple dragon-breath area cloud contributes 10 points. A bottled Dragon’s Breath item is not a substitute. Protect yourself and the egg during the encounter.
Prepare the habitat, place the egg on solid support, then interact with an empty hand to start incubation. Adaptation checks happen while hatching, before the final cracked stage. Keep the area loaded and watch for its colour to change. Nearby blocks and fluids must be within one block of the egg on each axis (a 3 × 3 × 3 area). Remove competing habitats; the highest score must exceed 2.

This habitat requires an actual Ender Dragon breath cloud overlapping the egg, not a bottled item. The breed is still a Dragon Mounts companion, not the vanilla boss.

Damage immunities in the breed definition: cactus, sweet berry bush, dragon breath. These belong to the dragon; do not assume its rider receives the same protection.
Growth and care
Growth time: 72,000 ticks, approximately 60 minutes of ticking time. Taming and breeding use the fish ingredient group. Reproduction limits depend on the server configuration.
Incubation uses random checks. Its 0.1 hatch-chance value is a probability per applicable check, not a percentage per second or a fixed countdown.
