The breed is a property of a Dragon Mounts dragon, not a separate creature from another mod. Prepare the egg's habitat before hatching.
How to obtain this breed
Incubate in a Nether biome, or surround the egg with at least 6 Nether-habitat blocks.
A Nether biome contributes 3 points. Blocks such as netherrack, soul sand and glowstone contribute 0.5 each. A Nether portal nearby is not itself the condition.
Prepare the habitat, place the egg on solid support, then interact with an empty hand to start incubation. Adaptation checks happen while hatching, before the final cracked stage. Keep the area loaded and watch for its colour to change. Nearby blocks and fluids must be within one block of the egg on each axis (a 3 × 3 × 3 area). Remove competing habitats; the highest score must exceed 2.
Habitat
Eligible surroundings include Nether stone and stem groups, soul-fire base blocks, glowstone, soul fire and campfires, soul torches, Nether ores, ancient debris, twisting and weeping vines, shroomlights and Nether wart.

Conditions contribute to the egg's habitat score. The result depends on its surroundings; this is not a promise of instant conversion from one block.
Breed traits
This breed has no additional named ability in its definition.

Damage immunities in the breed definition: on fire, in fire, lava, hot floor, cactus, sweet berry bush, dragon breath. These belong to the dragon; do not assume its rider receives the same protection.
Growth and care
Growth time: 72,000 ticks, approximately 60 minutes of ticking time. Taming and breeding use the fish ingredient group. Reproduction limits depend on the server configuration.
Incubation uses random checks. Its 0.1 hatch-chance value is a probability per applicable check, not a percentage per second or a fixed countdown.
